About Me.
I'm Desmond "Des" Jack — a certified performance coach and retired U.S. Army senior officer with 23+ years of leadership and training experience. After decades of airborne ops, ruck marches, and endurance training, I learned that true performance isn't just about doing hard things — it's about moving well, recovering smart, and building habits that last.
That realization pushed me into health and performance coaching, where I now help clients feel stronger, move pain-free, and live with more confidence. Whether it's through 1:1 training in person here in Hawaii, fully remote coaching, or mentoring athletes on the soccer field, my approach blends strength, mobility, nutrition, and mindset into one clear system.
I've maintained strong client satisfaction and retention by focusing on results, communication, and sustainable progress. My goal: make your training simple, effective, and aligned with your life.
