About Me
I'm Desmond "Des" Jack. A performance coach, advisor, and retired U.S. Army senior officer with over 23 years of leadership and training experience.
After decades of airborne operations, ruck marches, and leading in combat and high-stakes environments where performance failures had real consequences, I learned a hard truth: performance isn't built on intensity alone; it's built on systems. How you move, how you recover, and how consistently you execute.
That realization shapes how I coach today.
I work with individuals who want more than random workouts. They want a clear, structured approach to getting stronger, moving better, and performing at a higher level without burning out.
My approach integrates strength and conditioning, mobility and movement quality, nutrition and recovery, Lab-work, mindset and consistency — all built into one system. No guesswork, no noise, just execution.
Whether coaching one-on-one in Hawaii, remotely, or mentoring athletes on the field, my focus stays the same: make performance simple, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
Education & Experience
My approach to performance is grounded in both formal education and real-world leadership under pressure.
